Community Board # 11, of which I'm a member, shall continue to advocate for increases in the number of parks and trees in the East Harlem community, as well as new initiatives such as Green Roofs and Green Walls on new buildings wherever possible, as we have the higest rate of asthma and other respiratory ailments in the city.</description>
