I got my supplies at the Starbicks on Broadway at 103rd, and found the day spent out on the treet exhausting but very rewarding. I talked to a lot of people on both sides. I think some caution is needed, though. I handed out a card that said: "The question is whether America is ready to dream." My answer is "maybe not." I remember how good Dukakis looked after he got the nomination, and what happened to him. We've been bombarded with eight years of fear-mongering, and it will take more than a dream to get free of that. A dream is part of it, but it can't be the whole package. Way to go, Greg!
