This is a great website, and the information is very useful. Just a friendly correction: Liberty Ave. is in Community Board 10, CB9 goes up to 103rd ave. That being said we share the same story. You should do a story on Jamaica Ave from the Vanwyck exp. to Elderts Lane in Woodhaven. You will see a similiar trend with businesses.
