Teaching 9/11 to a New Generation

The staff and students at the Lexington School for the Deaf took a moment this week to remember the victims of 9/11. Teachers at the Jackson Heights school face special challenges in explaining the significance of the sad anniversary to students who weren’t born at the time of the terror attacks.
