The Bronx, which has nearly 270,000 residents without health insurance, is the least healthy county in New York State, according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. With the country’s new health care system – the Affordable Care Act, dubbed Obamacare by some – set to arrive soon, elected officials and health care advocates held a panel discussion at St. Barnabas Hospital to help explain the changeover.
