One of the largest employers in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, B&H Foto and Electronics Corp., appears likely to leave the city when its lease expires in 2017, heading upstate to build an expanded facility for the warehouse and online-commerce operations of the famed West 34th Street consumer electronics retailer.
