Every day, Rosa Espinosa changes the plastic sheet that protects her mattress from the urinary incontinence she suffers. In 2007, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer, attributed to the toxic particles she inhaled while working four months as a volunteer in the rescue and cleanup effort at the World Trade Center.
