On Election Day, voters will have the opportunity to select whether or not they support New York’s Proposition 1, previously known as the New York Equal Rights Amendment. The proposition could modify the Equal Rights Amendment of the state’s constitution to expand protections on several areas, including gender identity, age, and sexual orientation.
