Fashion Meets Art at Festival

Forget Soho or Chelsea – the so-called fashion capital of the United States is welcoming a new crowd of artists. Some 100 gallery exhibits, open studios and workshops are showcasing New York’s creative energy in this year’s annual Fashion District Arts Festival.
